Basic Residential Real Estate Aerial Photo Package:  Includes ( 1 hour of flying up to a 30 mile radius) photos on CD or one 11 x 14 or 12 x 18 print.   

$319 plus tax (Pennsylvania customers)  and shipping* 

Rush Service:  Additional $100*

 

Premium Residential Real Estate Aerial Photo Package: Includes( 2 hours of flying to cover multiple sites or up to a 50 mile radius) photos on CD and two 11 x14 or 12 x 18 prints).  

$439 plus tax and shipping*

Rush Service:  Additional $150*

 

Basic Commercial Aerial Photo Package: Includes (1 hour of flying up to a 30 mile radius) photos on CD.

$319 plus tax and shipping*

Rush Service:  Additional $100*

 

Premium Commercial Aerial Photo Package: Includes (2 hours of flying to cover multiple sites or up to a 50 mile radius) photos on CD.

$439 plus tax and shipping*

*Above prices do not include $30 pre-flight GPS coordinate set up and image processing fee required on each mission. Additional set-up and post-flight charges may apply for multiple sites and will be disclosed to client on quote. photo enhancements and graphics services are billed at $30 per hour.

 

Rush service is provided to the above packages for an additional $100 for the Basic Package and $150 for the Premium Package.  Intended for clients needing images in 72 hours or less. (Weather permitting)

Graphic Design
We can incorporate site overlays and graphics to any photograph, ground or aerial, to highlight property lines, surrounding roads, or anything else the customer desires. Your logo may also be included into the picture. 

Posters / Brochures 
Incorporating aerial photographs into eye-catching real estate marketing posters and brochures are also possible.

Color Printing
Mattucci Photography works with top quality professional labs to produce full-color or black and white high-resolution prints from a digital file. Archival quality inks are available for prints.

Digital Files for Ultimate Flexibility
Most in-house marketing departments require flexibility and we understand that.  We can provide you with a digital file of your project via e-mail, FTP, CD-ROM, or DVD-ROM. This allows our customers to drop their aerials into e-mails, brochures or PowerPoint presentations.
