At Mattucci Photography and Graphics, we use
our own private high-wing
aircraft that costs less than renting from a commercial flying school
or company.By keeping the
aircraft cost to a minimum, this will allow us to pass the savings along
to our clients.Plus, because
we are FAA licensed commercial pilots, we can control our own pilot’s fees.
Aerial Images can be taken obliquely (out of the window, with the subject being viewed at an angle).
Our coverage area
includes the Pittsburgh region, western Pennsylvania, Eastern OH and
Northern WV.
Special Aerial Project Requests
If
you have a particular site, you may want to request a Aerial
Project Flight. To order a flight, simply contact us below with
the address or latitude and longitude of
the site location. Any available maps and site plans and/or photographs
would also help us to positively identify the correct location
once airborne over the site.

aerial photography services include initial client
consultations, pre-flight planning, digital photography, photo
enhancements and photography production. Specialized requests
may be available depending on airspace restrictions and
conditions.
To
meet every client’s unique specifications, all photos are
available in electronic or hard copy formats. Photo prints,
whether color or black and white, are available in many sizes.
Electronic photos are available in several formats, typically
JPEG or TIFF, and may be e-mailed or furnished on CDs.

Property Owners Who Just Want A Photo View From The Air
The
Base Rate for aerial photography flights up to 1 hour,
within a 30 mile radius of our base airport, is $319*. This fee covers aircraft hourly usage,
commercial pilot, and photographer fees. Flights lasting
over 1 hour,
the billing rate will be charged per hour at
quarter/hour increments at $200/hr. For example if the aerial photo
flight lasted 1 hour + 15 minutes, the total would be
an additional $50. *Fees are subject to change based on
aircraft and will be discussed with client prior to
scheduling the mission. We

A
10% down security deposit or $40, whichever is greater, will be required to schedule any
photo mission and is applied as partial payment towards
the base rate. Should the flight be cancelled due to
weather, pilot availability, or aircraft maintenance, we
will reschedule. If you decide you no longer need the
service after scheduling, we will refund 100% of the
security deposit if the cancellation is made 48 hours in
advanced. For your convenience, you may pay

prices do not include $30 pre-flight GPS coordinate set
up and post-flight image processing fee required on each
mission. Additional set-up and post-flight charges may
apply for multiple sites and will be disclosed to client
on quote.
Photo
enhancements and graphics services are billed at $25 per
hour.
Rates
above the Base Rate are determined by
location, total project requirements and production
services. Oftentimes, we can cover several sites within
the 1-2 hours depending on the proximity. Clients will be advised of actual rates based
on the specific requirements of each flight. Large
projects and multiple site projects may qualify for

Watermarked, lower quality images of your
aerial photos are available on CD for $20. You can have
the option of us emailing your watermarked images to
view and request the ones you need or you may order the
CD. Prices
do not include 6% PA sales tax (for PA residents) or 7%
